Explain power protection

SEI taught contractors what surge and over/undervoltage protection does for the electronic controls in modern HVAC equipment, heat pumps included, and when to specify it.

Make truck stock more useful

SEI showed contractors the value of carrying compatible universal furnace boards in truck stock. Compatibility is checked for the equipment involved, and having a suitable board on hand can help a contractor complete a repair without a second trip.

Connect the product with its application

Product demonstrations give contractors a concrete reason to learn a line. The ICM2812 kit shown here illustrates furnace-control education; SEI’s broader work also includes power-protection products. Selection and compatibility still depend on the actual equipment and current manufacturer instructions.

What the result measures.

The result is annual sales of the broader ICM Controls line in SEI’s territory over three years. It is not revenue attributed to an individual board, soft start or protection device.

Figures are reported by SEI and describe past performance, not a forecast for a new line. The 2026 year-to-date figures are the owner-provided figures used in the October 2026 website release, not a live sales feed.
