Privacy notice.

Your information, and how this website uses it.

Information you provide

Inquiries and line-card requests

The line-card form asks for your name, company, work email and territory. Role, phone and message are optional. When you submit the online form, the website sends your request to SEI’s company inbox and the SEI team member responsible for follow-up. Direct email links open your email app; you choose whether to send that message.

SEI uses these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss the products, territories or services you have asked about. Do not include passwords, payment details or confidential customer records in an inquiry.

Training accounts

The training portal uses your email and password for sign-in. A library-access request adds your name, company and optional state or region. SEI keeps the request and its approval status so the team can review and manage access.

Creating an account does not automatically open the library. Authorized SEI administrators review membership requests. Administrative changes to members and videos create audit records; administrators also use authenticator verification.

Services that support the site

Hosting, accounts and email

Cloudflare provides website hosting, security, membership records and private video storage. Supabase handles account authentication. Resend sends website inquiries and account-verification and password-reset emails. Microsoft 365 processes SEI’s company email. These providers process information needed to deliver their services.

Account-verification and password-reset messages go only to the requesting account’s email address, not to SEI’s inquiry inboxes. Hosting and security providers may process technical details such as IP addresses, device information and timestamps. Messages you send directly are also processed by your email provider.

Read the providers’ notices: Cloudflare, Supabase, Resend and Microsoft.

How SEI uses your details

SEI uses inquiry and training-account details for SEI follow-up and portal access. We do not add these details to marketing lists, share them with manufacturers for marketing, or send them to a CRM as part of this website service. Necessary service providers process information as described above.

Links and training media

Links to other organizations open their websites and are subject to their practices. Training videos are served from private storage after an access check, rather than through a public video embed. A private library does not prevent an authorized viewer from recording or retaining what they can view.

Cookies and measurement

Sign-in and security

The portal uses necessary session cookies to keep you signed in and complete account verification. Separate protected review sites may also use Cloudflare access-related cookies. Blocking necessary cookies can stop sign-in from working.

This website does not include advertising trackers, session replay, visitor-identification software or an analytics integration. Hosting, authentication and email services still process the technical records needed to operate and protect their services.

Questions and your information

Contact SEI

To ask about your information, correct account details, close training access or request deletion, contact info@salesengineersinc.com or call (952) 944-0773. SEI handles these requests and may need to verify your identity before acting. Do not send your password or authenticator code.

Keeping and updating information

SEI retains information only as needed for follow-up, portal access, security and legal obligations. The period depends on the type of record and why it is needed; this notice does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed date.

We review correction and deletion requests in light of those purposes and obligations. We will update this notice if the website’s services or information-handling practices change.
