A few ground rules for the website and training library.
Updated October 8, 2026
Using the information
Product and application guidance
The website introduces SEI’s agency, experience and training. Product and training information is not a substitute for current manufacturer instructions, specifications, applicable codes or project-specific professional advice. Confirm the requirements for the product and job before making a selection or installation.
Results and representation
Growth stories describe historical results reported by SEI, within the scope stated alongside each example. They are not a forecast or promise of results for another product line.
An inquiry, line-card request or training account does not create a representation agreement. Product-line fit, territories and commercial arrangements are discussed separately with SEI.
Training-library access
An account for your own use
Use accurate information when requesting access, keep your sign-in details private and do not share your password or authenticator codes. Contact SEI if your company details change or you believe someone else has accessed your account.
Training is available only after SEI approves your request. SEI administrators can approve, decline or revoke access. Revocation blocks later library requests; it cannot recall material someone has already saved.
Respect the service
Do not try to bypass sign-in or approval checks, access someone else’s records, or interfere with the website. Contact SEI if you find an access or security problem.
Materials and other websites
Photographs, videos and marks
Website materials include SEI content and materials belonging to manufacturers, photographers and other rights holders. Credits and stated licenses apply where shown. Viewing the site or library does not grant permission to republish a recording, photograph or company mark. Ask SEI about the appropriate permission before reusing material.
External links
Links to manufacturer, association and other websites are provided for reference. Their information and practices are controlled by those organizations. Check the current source when making a product or business decision.
